The Park District offers yoga classes for ages 16+.
In our regular yoga classes, traditional yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Options are offered to allow the yogi the choice to adapt the yoga postures to their comfort level. All levels are welcome.
In the summer, we offer SUP yoga in our pool in which you can practice yoga poses on a stand-up paddleboard.
